Shipping & Returns
Joy of Giving offers $5 flat rate delivery anywhere within New Zealand.
Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer international shipping but do get in touch if that is something you would like us to introduce in the future.
We aim to send your purchases out within 1-2 working days of placing your order with delivery between 2-10 working days depending on your location (rural delivery may take longer). We will advise you if there are unforeseen delays.
We use Post Haste for our courier deliveries. Your order will be sent by tracked courier and will require a signature at the delivery address to ensure safe delivery.

Joy of Giving is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not 100% satisfied you can return items to us within 3 weeks of receipt of order for a refund. Items must be in original, unused condition and original packaging. If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with details of the damage or fault within 5 days of receipt of the products.
Please note that sale/reduced items are not eligible for a refund.
Please include your name, order number and bank account details (if required) with the returned products. Email us at email@example.com and we will issue a return address.
